Tube construction
- Tough 0.9mm, 1000 denier PVC, main safety tube construction (inflate to 3psi)
- High pressure air deck 1000 denier PVCwith 0.8mm walls floor construction (inflate to 8psi)
Denier is a unit of fineness of a thread. The higher the denier the
thicker the threads which makes for a tougher material.
We
choose to use 1000 Denier intertwined polyester fibre with a double
sided PVC coating that makes up the construction of our heavy duty 0.9mm PVC fabrics.

Standard four-layered reinforced seams
Our seams are made with four layers of material. Two sheets of material overlapping one before the reinforcement layers are applied to each side of the seam which will create four times the strength of our already strong hull materials.
Built tough
With heavy-duty bottom-tube protection our unique design allows for shallow water operations and you can land almost anywhere.
Transom
Marine plywood construction coated with tough 0.9mm, 1000 Denier PVC fabric. Fitted with motor protection plate, screw plate and towing loops.
