Standard four-layered reinforced seams 

Our seams are made with four layers of material. Two sheets of material overlapping one before the reinforcement layers are applied to each side of the seam which will create four times the strength of our already strong hull materials.

Floor construction

The new lightweight removable hi pressure AIR DECK floor system in the Takacat Sports series provides you a low maintance, light weight, removable floor that is easy and quick to set-up and deflate. A extremely firm and comfortable fully inflatable floor that can also be taken out and used as a beach mat, body board or kids stand up paddle board. 

Unlike conventional inflatable boats the floor of the Takacat Sport is razed and clear of the water, depending on the load of course. For you this means little or no water will be held inside the boat when you have the bung out meaning a dry and comfortable ride for you and your passengers and no excess weight caused by heavy water been trapped under the floor boards.
