Super tough 1.20mm, 1100 Denier PVC
What
is denier? A unit of fineness of a thread. The higher the denier the
thicker the threads, which makes for a tougher material
We
choose to use 1100 Denier intertwined polyester fibre with a double
sided PVC coating that makes up the construction of our heavy duty
1.2mm PVC fabrics.

Super touch 1.00mm Hypalon
Hypalon chlorosulfonated polyethylene shows its true
strength when exposed to high temperatures and oxidizing
chemicals. It resists flex cracking and abrasion as well as the
damaging effects of weather, UV/ozone, heat and chemicals.
Hypalon is, the most ideal fabrics for production of
inflatable boats for its high performance, durability and long lifespan.
Standard Four Layered Reinforced Seams

Our seams are made with four layers of material. Two sheets of material overlapping 1" before the reinforcement layers are applied to each side of the seam which will create four times the strength of our already strong hull materials.
